Was going here as a regular patient here for the last two years...my last visit was less than comfortable. To start off...I waited 40 minutes to be called in because gossip seems to be more important than people who PAY and take TIME to go to these appointments. The dentist I had, (who is new and I have only met once) hardly said a word to me. I am pregnant, and told him that I tried to contact my OBGYN regarding what is safe for dental work right now in my pregnancy. I informed him the nurse hadn't gotten back to me yet. He shrugged his shoulders and said "okay". Instead of explaining to me what was going to be done at my appointment, I was given four novacane shots in both sides of my mouth, and when he began drilling, I jumped in pain because clearly wherever he was drilling had not taken to the novacane. Instead of stopping and asking if I was okay, or where the pain was coming from, he just continued. The entire time he was silent, and not empathetic or gentle at all. I have never been so traumatized by what was supposed to be a simple visit. I will not be continuing to go here. I am honestly disappointed since I've kept Granville Family Dentistry as my dentist, even after moving 40 minutes away. I will NOT be returning here.
Friendly, professional dental hygienists as is the entire team. Always timely with the appointment, rarely if ever kept waiting. I love that they text and email appointment reminders, as well as a phone call. Family Dentistry is a wonderful asset to the community. We are fortunate to have them.

My 4 children and I have been going here for 4+ years and have always received the best of care. The hygienists are excellent as well as all the Dentists. From the front desk right on through- the entire staff is friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
