Never good produce, usually wilted, over ripe, etc., or simply NOT there. Products found in most grocery stores are simply absent and I'm not talking about exotic items either. They were out of fresh and dried dill for two weeks. Have family and friends who live local and were buying certain products the store carried regularly (a tea flavor and pie crust) which were suddenly unavailable. When questioned management said the equivalent of "sorry, we decided not to carry that anymore ".
Good place to shop. Fresh produce and good deals. Prices are good also.
We're talking about local customers that shop several times a week and were being told their wishes didn't matter. Have had to bring back rotten seafood and meat that was bad the day it was bought SEVERAL times, even though the expiration dates weren't for many days.
Weekly specials keep us coming back to Price Chopper, this particular location has had difficulty with items in store being marked correctly for sales, and have to bag own groceries...prefer other locations because of this!!
The Consumer News and World Reports ranks this national chain very far down their list and visiting this store it's easy to see why.

It's the most expensive grocery store ever and the management sucks but the employees are nice, the produce/meat/fish/food court is fresh and decent.
